Is she saying what it sounds like or???

I was just watching some videos I had made of my little girl. This one is from a few months ago but its still funny. Well, at least I think it is. I'm still not sure if she is saying what it sounds like she is saying or not. She really hasn't said it since either. Anyway cute if you want to watch :)
