More Cake Pictures...

Okay I just want everyone who reads this to know that what these cakes look like are not what I would have done if just given the choice hahaa For instance the crazy "Easter" cake...we were told to make all these flowers in whatever colors and I had no idea that we were going to have to put every single flower on our cake hahaha overkill? ya think!

ummm then there is the tiered "wedding" cake that I like to call a crazy Christmas cake because of the colors. We were told once again to use whatever colors so I picked pink then we had to make poinsettia flowers in red....yuck

"insert picture here!" well shoot this picture and the next one are on the internal memory of my camera and I can't find the cord...doh! well when I do I will add the pic because you don't wanna miss it!!!!

and then the soccer birthday cake....well this was an "order" and they (my niece) wanted a round cake with white icing, roses and a soccer ball in the middle. I guess that fits the bill hahaa although I would have went with some cute daisies instead of roses.

So my friend and I have finished three courses now. We were supposed to take the last course this week but we are both kinda overwhelmed with the holidays, kids and all that stuff that this time of the year brings so we told the lady if she offered it in Jan/or Feb we would take it then. Til then no more makes...I am so sick of butter cream icing it isn't even funny!!!

Oh and big praise and shout out to my KitchenAid mixer...oh how I love you!!!!

Ahh I forgot about this one....I did like this one even though I wish the purple would have been a little brighter :)
