Triple Chocolate Cake

Yesterday our lovely little town got a bunch of snow.

I think we got about 8 inches or so and I think we should consider ourselves lucky since pretty much everywhere has gotten more than that but it still means school is closed. Last week we went Monday and Friday and this week so far we haven't gone yet. P is getting really bored and frankly so am I. I like my little routine. I like going to Target and scouring for deals. I like going to McDonalds and getting my Diet Coke. I like going to Goodwill and not being rushed or trying to get a little one out of the racks of clothes (why is that so fun anyway?) hahaa

But alas we are making due around here and have been cooking and doing crafty little things.  Yesterday we made the Triple Chocolate Cake that we wanted to make last week but didn't have the ingredients.  Wow this recipe really deserves its name....it is yummy but SUPER DUPER Chocolatey.
