Weekend Update

I know you can hardly believe I haven't updated in awhile! Sheesh we have been busy and I don't think its going to slow down until ummmm probably October. Lets see what have I been up to? Ummm....

Thursday I went with my mom and aunt to my grandmas surgery. Boy I am glad that is over. We waited most of the day and were happy to hear that the surgery went well. Only to wait for her to get out of the recovery room for what seemed like an eternity. Boy she did not look good at all and the pain meds weren't helping. Luckily when we went back the next morning she was looking sooooo much better. Although the blood they were giving her was making her itch and the pain killers were making her restless. After that I had to return back home.

I did here that Saturday and Sunday she was looking much better. They got her up and walking for a few minutes, she was watching TV and doing crossword puzzles. Wish we lived closer so I could go visit so more. Hopefully she will be home soon!

While that was going on P was staying with her other grandparents. They take her to do all sorts of things so she stayed busy running errands with her grandpa while grandma was with another friend of ours that was having shoulder replacement surgery on the same day as my grandmas surgery.

So for the rest of the weekend we just did normal weekend stuff....
Saturday morning I hit garage sales (which I STILL need to bring in from the car!), Saturday night we went out to eat, Sunday we just messed around.

I've been working on P's room for countless hours getting out stuff for eBay and the garage sale. I am trying to get it ready to paint and I am on a hunt for some cute furniture.

Anyone know where I can get a nice twin size bedroom set in white for CHEAP????? Let me know!

Now today I am anxiously awaiting my eBay auctions to end...although that won't be until tonight but I have a record amount on for me so I am excited to see how they do :)

Tomorrow we are going to the State Fair and Wednesday we are going to the Indians game with hubby's work. I've never been to an Indians game but I've heard they are pretty fun.

Anyway so I guess I've been busy. Some people might not think that looks very busy but for the type of schedule I "normally" keep...I've been busy!!! hahaa

Ahh and I think I forgot to mention that my uncle and cousin(now in CA) from Florida were here too so I got to visit with them. Hopefully I will get to see them again soon.
