Monday Blahs...

Ahhh haven't posted in awhile and thought I probably should even though I really don't have much to say. Yesterday I wasn't feeling very good but ran around anyway and by night time I was ready for bed but....I could not fall asleep. I was exhausted and tried and tried to go to sleep but nothin' so in turn I still feel like I have a cold and that I've had no sleep. Yuck!

Anyway yesterday was supposed to be a fun day. P had school and after school we went with one of her friends and her friends mom to go out to lunch. Then we went back to their house and another one of their friends came over and they played. We planned on going to the paint your own pottery store so we got all the kids ready and drove across town to find out they aren't open on Mondays :( BOO! so I guess we will have to try again another time. So we just went on home. I tried to get some work done but just didn't feel good so I sat down to rest and the phone would not stop ringing. Ugh what the heck? My phone hardly ever rings which just makes it more annoying!

Anyway hubby was one of the ones that called and wanted to know if we wanted to go out to eat with some of our friends. I said sure since I didn't feel like cooking anyway so we went to Texas Roadhouse. Mmmmm I love that place! Our friends are expecting a baby any day now so we thought we better go out to eat with them now since we probably won't be able to for awhile. They have a 6 year old, a 1 year old and then any second now baby so I'm guessing restaurants won't be on the to do list for awhile. Anyway we had fun and that reminds me that I have leftovers so I can even have some lunch! mmmm
