Update to my last post

Well just a little update for anyone reading this ...which is...ummm hardly anyone hahaa but anyway Paige had a checkup on Monday so I actually got a doctor bonus! No extra charge for checking out my sick kiddo. Anyway doctor said that most likely she had the H1N1 virus and it had now turned into Croup. Lovely! He said it can last about 5-7 days...well here it is Wednesday and we are working on day 6. Actually I think she is better today. She is getting her appetite back and playing more. Still coughing some but not as bad and the fever is finally gone. I think! They are supposed to be fever free for 24 hours before going back to school so since she had a fever yesterday she didn't go today. Hopefully tomorrow she can back!

I feel so bad for her. She missed her field trip to the pumpkin patch and school pictures today. When I called her in this morning I asked about retakes and she said they would have them in a week or so ...so that is good. I also found out that her teacher missed the field trip too because she has been out sick too.

Speaking of sick...I've been sick too :( booo....fever, aches, coughing ...boo...did I say boo??? I hate being sick...my house was already in shambles because Mark has been painting the living room so everything is shoved to the center of the room but with me and P being sick stuff is just everywhere and we've gone through just about every cup and piece of silverware in the house! I am feeling a bit better today but still have that icky hot feeling and yucky cough. I had to miss cake class last night too so hopefully my friend will come over and show me what I missed! That is after we are all better and I get this house picked up!!!

So for all my readers out there...stay healthy..being sick sucks! hahaa
