Teacher Appreciation Week

Last week was Teacher Appreciation Week at our school. I didn't really realize this until the Sunday night before when I got a call asking if I would bring in something for the luncheon they were having on Friday for the teachers. They told me this was one of the few times a year that they let people bring in "homemade" food. So, I really felt the pressure to make something cute!

I'm all about cute :) so I decided to just make cupcakes and put some cute toppers on them so as I was reading some of my favorite blogs I saw a link to this great blog called Dimple Prints and she had an adorable free download for some teacher appreciation stuff so I downloaded the toppers and cut them out and put them on sticks and ta-da! cute cupcakes for the teachers!!!

Thanks Dimple Prints for the free downloads. I'm sure the teachers loved them! I did!!!!!
Here is how they turned out. I cut out the circles on my Cricut and the others by hand and glued them inbetween some little flat stick things I got at Hobby Lobby :)
ooooh and homemade buttercream icing :) Yum!

I used my extra tags to dress up the gifts for the teachers!
