Hello everyone...sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I am still getting used to my new schedule. Since I last posted my little girl has started first grade which is good I guess. Or I might be in denial that she is growing up because every time I talk about school I say all the kindergartners and of course I mean first graders hahaa oh well I'm sure whoever I'm talking to knows what I mean!
Anyway so now I have this new schedule...no more lazy days sleeping in and going to bed late. Now of course we are up bright and early and I'm ready to crawl into bed at 9pm! But the biggest difference in my day is that P is now at school all day. Last year she was in half day so this is a big adjustment for the both of us. I've been tackling projects that I've been meaning to do for oh about 6 years or so hahahaa you know things like clean out the little cabinet under the sink in the bathroom or catch up on all the random things that need to go in the laundry. Oh and of course now there is time to shop in peace...consignment stores, grocery shopping, garage sales...you name it! But when she gets home from school it is back to the grind...you know - homework, dinner, bath, bed...repeat!
So hopefully I will get back to blogging regularly soon but I have so many projects calling my name that I must work on. Anyway how was your kids first day of school??? Great I hope!!!
